terms_and_condition=Visa request fall under the UAE authorities rules and regulations.<br/><br/>Once visa request is submitted, the cost of the visa becomes due, and none refundable.<br/>Visas rejected are due and none refundable.<br/>Any client making an overstay after the time limit of the visa expiry is subject to UAE penalty of 5000 Dirhams. The agent is fully responsible of this cost. Agents are recommended to retain a deposit from their clients till they return prior to visa expiry date.<br/>Any visa request will be delivered between 48 and  72 hrs (working hours).<br/>Delivery of Visa can be delayed by UAE authorities over normal  time frame, however we decline such delays, and clients are committed to paying the visa cost, even if travel date is passed.<br/>Passengers may be forbidden from entry to UAE again if they don't pay the penalty of overstay.<br/>A cancelled hotel booking linked to a visa request will be subject to 1 night penalty charge  along with the cost of the visa, even if the cancellation is made prior to cancellation deadline.
