hotel’s policies, such as cancellation terms, check-in/check-out times, and additional fees
(e.g., resort fees, taxes, etc.). Once a booking is confirmed, any errors made in the
information provided by the user may result in additional charges or an inability to
modify the reservation, depending on the hotel’s policies.
Wrong Bookings and Non-Refundable Reservations: Hotelats is not responsible for
any incorrect bookings made by users, including but not limited to incorrect dates, wrong
hotel selection, or incorrect guest details. Many hotels offer non-refundable rates, and
errors in booking information could lead to financial loss. Users should be aware that in
such cases, Hotelats is not obligated to offer refunds or compensation. We highly
recommend users to thoroughly check their booking details and understand the terms
before completing their reservations.
No Liability for User Errors: Hotelats shall not be held liable for any losses,
inconvenience, or damages arising from user errors in the booking process. This includes,
but is not limited to, financial losses due to booking the wrong dates, selecting the wrong
hotel, or failing to understand the hotel’s terms and conditions.

user’s satisfaction, particularly if the problem arises due to incorrect information
provided by the user during the booking process.

to facilitate your reservations. This information may include your name, contact
information, and specific details of your booking (e.g., room type, check-in/check-out
